I’m getting more adventurous in cooking fish – made scallops last night –

Admittedly not the most beautiful presentation (made worse by the iPhone camera) – but it tasted delicious:

– Pan-fried scallops seasoned with fresh green peppercorns (a trick I saw at Busaba)

– Aubergine mash

– Winter vegetable fries – an assortment of potato, carrot, parsnip and sweet potato
